Hi, MindstormMan here. I chose to do this blog because I want to share my ideas about building and programming with other people that have Mindstorms. I have NXT 2.0, but I also have some 1.0 pieces that I found digging around in my LEGO collection. The fifth and sixth wheels on the starter model can be for decoration, or used for triangular treads. The extra wheels can be found in the Big Rig Creator set (4955).

Wonderfully detailed with pictures! This is the sort of careful keeping track of detail that is so important in engineering and science. Well done!
